Jack Waldron Social Grant Application
THE CRITERIA TO RECEIVE FUNDING IS AS FOLLOWS:
Must be a current member of the Alta Ski Patrol
Jack Waldron Social Committee Selection Members and Amazing Ski and Snow People Board members are ineligible
The deadline for grant application submission is November 20th; monies will be disbursed by November 30th
Social grant recipients are eligible to apply for a total of 5 grants (consecutive or non-consecutive seasons)
The use of funds is flexible, and allows for multiple events throughout the season
Monthly, grant recipients must submit a summary and clear accounting/receipts that document his/her events or activities in order to gain reimbursement from Amazing Ski and Snow People.
Funds granted are for one season only, the grant evaluation form must be submitted by November 1st following the grant season
