Exchange Program Application
THE CRITERIA TO RECEIVE FUNDING IS AS FOLLOWS:
Only Alta Ski Patrollers who are eligible for patrol exchange or plan to host patrol exchangers during the ski season of application may apply.
Amazing Ski and Snow People Board of Directors are ineligible to apply.
Past program recipients are eligible to re-apply.
The use of funds is flexible, but a description of how the funds will be used should be explained in the application. Recipients are expected to use the funds as described.
If a program recipient is unable to go on exchange, for any reason, the award will be transferred to the patroller taking his/her place on that exchange.
Upon completion of exchange or hosting activities, the recipient must provide a summary of his/her accomplishments and a clear accounting of how the funds were spent using an evaluation form provided by Amazing Ski and Snow People.
Eligible applicants must submit the application.
Please answer the following questions in a thoughtful and reflective manner as you complete your written application. The deadline for application is January 15th for 5-day exchanges and all hosting of visiting exchangers, or one week after exchange completion for the 3-day suitcase exchange. Funds will be distributed within one week of exchange completion for 5-day exchanges and all hosting of visiting exchangers, or within one week of application approval for the 3-day suitcase exchange.
